Is there really no fee for parents?
None. No platform fee, no per-payment fee, no upsell. Coaches and leagues pay; parents never do.
What about the credit card processing fee?
We absorb it on the standard plan. ACH transfers are always free; debit and credit are covered up to a reasonable cap.
What happens to wallet balances at season-end?
Money is yours. Sweep it back to your bank, leave it for next season, or transfer it to a sibling's wallet.
Do team accounts work as 501(c)(3) nonprofits?
Yes. Many of our pilot teams operate as 501(c)(3)s. Tax forms and donation receipts are built in.
Can our league's existing payment processor stay?
For a transition period, yes. Most leagues consolidate after their first full season on TeamCache.
Can I export everything?
Always. CSV, Quickbooks, and a season-end PDF report are one click each.
